safefood is inviting tenders for research projects

safefood is responsible for promoting food safety and healthy eating on the island of Ireland. To support our knowledge base, we would like to invite tenders for research in the following specific projects:

Ref 01-2023: ‘Are knowledge and behaviours related to food purchase, storage and cooking in the domestic context affected by the current cost of living crisis?’

Ref 02-2023: Modelling Cost-Effectiveness of Overweight and Obesity Prevention Policies on the island of Ireland

Ref 03-2023: Ensuring food allergen understanding and labelling compliance for non-prepacked foods in the Catering & Hospitality Sector
