Prep Time:10 mins
- Preheat oven at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4
- Cut the potatoes into thick cut chips
- Bake the fish in the oven for 25 mins
- Drizzle chips with a teaspoon of olive oil (if desired), bake in oven for 20 minutes
- Cook frozen peas as per instructions on packet. You could also add sweetcorn for extra veg.
