This recipe is perfect as a light meal for one or as a snack for those busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 slice wholegrain bread
  • 1 tsp low-fat spread
  • 2 tbsp (about 30 ml) Low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs at room temperature, the eggs will cook quicker.
  • pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Mix the eggs in a bowl or jug with the pepper.
  2. Heat the milk slightly in a nonstick pan. Then pour the mix into the milk.
  3. Stir constantly for 2 minutes, cook until it is still a soft texture.

Serving suggestions
