Scrambled egg on toast

This recipe is perfect as a light meal for one or as a snack for those busy days.


  • 1 slice of wholegrain bread
  • 1 medium egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Toast the slice of wholegrain bread
  2. Mix the egg in a bowl with the pepper
  3. Pour the mix into a heated, non-stick pan
  4. Stir constantly for 2 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked
  5. Serve over the toasted bread
