Honey glazed carrots

Seasonal winter vegetables are great at Christmas. Sweet, tasty!


  • 480g / 17 oz. of carrots, around 6 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of honey


  1. Peel the carrots and cut into batons
  2. To prepare the carrots, cook them in a pan of boiling water until nearly tender
  3. Drain the carrots and return to the pan
  4. Gently stir in the honey and gently heat through until the honey has melted and the carrots are glazed

What you will need

  • Chopping board
  • Chopping knife
  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon

Serving suggestions

Sprinkle with some dried rosemary for extra flavour
