Tuna salad wrap

Simple and tasty, this healthy wrap is delicious to enjoy at home or on the go!


  • 1 tin of tuna, drained (100g / 3 ½ oz. of tuna) 
  • 2 teaspoons of reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetcorn
  • 30g / 1 oz. lettuce
  • 1 medium wholemeal wrap 


  1. Drain the can of tuna and place in a bowl with the mayonnaise and sweetcorn. Mix well
  2. Spread the wrap out flat on a surface and spoon the tuna mixture onto the middle of the wrap, then add the lettuce
  3. Starting at the edge, roll up the wrap tightly and serve
