Tuna salad wrap

Simple and tasty, this healthy wrap is delicious to enjoy at home or on the go!


  • 100g / 3 ½ oz. can of tuna
  • 2 teaspoons of reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 3 slices of red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetcorn
  • 1 wholemeal wrap 


  1. Drain the can of tuna and place in a bowl with the mayonnaise, pepper and sweetcorn. Mix well.
  2. Spread the wrap out flat on a surface and spoon the tuna mixture onto the middle of the wrap.
  3. Starting at the edge, roll up the wrap tightly and serve.
