Safe level for cannabidiol

The NDA Panel found safety concerns with CBD, especially for the liver, gut, hormones, nerves, and reproduction. A provisional safe dose for high-purity CBD supplements is about 2 mg/day for adults, but safety isn’t confirmed for young people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone on other medications.
