About the webinar
In partnership with Ulster University, safefood presented a free webinar on “An assessment of the use of meat thermometers by consumers on the island of Ireland”.
This webinar discussed the results of a safefood-funded study on the current perceptions and trends in the use of meat thermometers by consumers on the island of Ireland and included:
- Consumer attitudes towards meat thermometers and their reported usage behaviour.
- The barriers and facilitators towards their use.
- Recommendations for overcoming these barriers.
