Free food safety training in Athenry

Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with BIA Innovator, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:

Pest control
Controlling food poisoning bacteria
Cleaning and sanitisation
HACCP and record keeping
Managing and labelling food allergens
