Free food safety training in Bangor

Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Ards and North Down Borough Council, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

Date: 10 October 2025
Time: 10 am to 2 pm

The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:

Pest control
Controlling food poisoning bacteria
Cleaning and sanitisation
HACCP and record keeping
Managing and labelling food allergens

This is a great chance to learn from an experienced food safety trainer and auditor, as well as to connect with other small food businesses in your area.
