Free food safety training in Dublin

Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with the National Environmental Health Service, Dublin North West City, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:

Pest control
Controlling food poisoning bacteria
Cleaning and sanitisation
HACCP and record keeping
Managing and labelling food allergen

The workshop will take place from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
