Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Belfast City Council, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.
The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:
- Managing food allergens
- Cleaning and sanitisation
- Controlling food poisoning bacteria
- Pest control
- Basics of HACCP
The workshop is scheduled to take place from 10 am to 2 pm.
This is a great chance to learn from an experienced food safety trainer, as well as to connect with other small food businesses in your area.
