Nectarine, strawberry and banana smoothie

  • 1 nectarine
  • 75g of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 125g of strawberry yoghurt


  1. Peel and stone the nectarine
  2. Peel the banana and roughly chop
  3. Wash the strawberries
  4. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and puree using a liquidiser or hand blender.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Vegetable peeler
