They discuss the startling and increasing statistics representing those affected by food allergy, especially coeliac disease, and on the effect that food allergies and intolerances have on people's lives. The food labelling legislation that exists to protect people suffering with allergies and intolerances are also discussed, and the repercussions of failing to comply.
